RETURN POLICY
MANUFACTURING DEFECT
What if I receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or is not the size, colour or quantity that I ordered?
Notify us at info@lovelylinen.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for replacement stock. If your order has been short delivered, please be aware that these goods may be on back order.
Can I return an item if I just don’t like it after I received it?
We do follow the guidelines of the new consumer protection act which allows for 7 days return policy. In most cases we can resolve any issues relating to quality. This is because we are confident of the high quality of our product and hence have no reason to believe you will not be happy with the quality.
However, in order for us to take back stock under these circumstances, you would have had to contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods on info@lovelylinen.co.za
Product must:
- not used the product
- not washed the product
- not damaged or dirtied the product
- pay for the cost of cartage back to our warehouse
- must be in original packaging
What is the “return” policy on products manufactured by your “Custom Factory”?
Because each order is made custom, to your specifications, we will not accept returns for any reasons other than manufacturing defects. We are happy to send you a sample of the fabric and/or finished product you are considering before we do a full run.
We are also happy to have a consultant visit you or to answer any of your questions via email, or via telephone, prior to your purchase. In the case of manufacturing defects, the original product must be shipped back to our warehouse before replacements will be sent
