Where to Start:
1. Browse through our products using the menu along the top of the screen to find what you would like  to purchase or get a quote on. For example Bed Linen and Bathroom Collections.
2. Choose the color, finish (where applicable), size and the number of products you want. Click on the “ADD TO QUOTE” button, and your item or items will be added to your cart.
3. You will then have the option to “View Cart,” “Checkout,” or “Continue shopping.” If you choose to “Continue shopping,” explore other products or recommended items in the same range.
4. If ready, click on “View Cart” to review your items, where you can adjust quantities or delete products.
5. Click “Update Quote” to ensure changes are saved.
6. When satisfied, click on “Proceed to submit quote.”
7. Complete your customer details, including your courier/delivery address or any additional details (such as special requests regarding size/color or delivery requests). Confirm whether you are a Private Client or representing Hospitality.
8. Finally, click “Submit quote.”
9. We will receive your quote request and respond within 24 hours.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can. Simply call us on +27 (0) 82 413 4289. If we are busy, please text us your contact details, including your email address, and we will promptly return your call or email you.

Can I place an order through your stores?
We are currently only an online “catalogue” where you can choose your products, and we will revert within 24 hours with a quote. If you are based in the Cape Town / Western Cape area, we will gladly make an appointment with you and show you our samples. If not, we will also courier samples to your address – this is for across the country in South Africa.

Can I place an order if I am not based in South Africa?
As of now, we only deliver products within South Africa. The necessary information for placing an order within South Africa, including South African Bank Swift Codes and details, will be provided on your quote or invoice. If you have further inquiries or need assistance, please email us at info@lovelylinen.co.za, and we will promptly provide you with all the details.
